Connect Easybill so Cortena Accounts Receivable imports customers, products (positions), invoices, and credit notes. Optional payment write-back posts document payments back to Easybill.
1. Connect Easybill
- Open Settings → Integrations → Billing → Easybill.
- Enter your Easybill API key and choose your plan tier (plus or business) so rate limits match your Easybill plan.
- Save and confirm the integration is connected.
Ask Cortena Support if Easybill is not listed. Your workspace needs the Easybill integration feature enabled.
2. Sync domains
| Sync | What Cortena imports |
|---|---|
| Customers | Easybill customers |
| Products | Positions (product catalog) |
| Invoices | Non-draft invoices and credit notes |
Drafts in Easybill are skipped. Product GL uses Easybill export identifiers; line booking accounts map into Cortena line allocations.
Invoices sync-from date
Set Invoices sync from (YYYY-MM-DD) so invoice sync only pulls documents on or after that date. Saving an earlier date than the last watermark clears the watermark so the next sync can backfill.
Use Sync now and watch live progress in Settings. Easybill can also push webhooks so Cortena re-syncs when documents change.
3. Optional payment write-back
When write-back is enabled (feature flag and the Settings toggle), payments applied in Cortena are sent to Easybill as document payments.
Leave write-back off if Easybill should remain the only place that records payments.
Tips and limitations
- No Easybill bank account sync. Use Cortena Banking / payment advice flows after invoices are imported.
- Creating invoices in Easybill from Cortena drafts, and Easybill subscriptions, are out of scope.
