After Rydoo is connected, use Sync filters so Cortena imports only the branches, groups, projects, custom-field values, or expense statuses you care about.
Connecting Rydoo itself is covered in Rydoo integration. Filters do not replace that setup.
1. Open sync filters
- Open Settings → Integrations → Expenses → Rydoo.
- Find Sync filters.
- The help text is Limit which Rydoo expenses are imported. Leave a filter empty to include all values. Changes apply on the next sync.
Save, then click Sync now or wait for the next scheduled sync. Expenses already in Cortena are not removed or duplicated when you change a filter.
2. Branches, groups, and projects
Each of Branches, Groups, and Projects is a multi-select.
- Leave it empty to include every value. The control shows Empty selection = all.
- Pick one or more values to import only those.
- Use Search… when the list is long.
An expense must match every filter you filled in. If you select a branch and a project, Cortena imports expenses that are in that branch and that project.
3. Custom field filter
- Open Custom field filter.
- Choose No custom field filter to ignore custom fields.
- Or pick one custom field, then choose Custom field values.
Only list-type custom fields have selectable values. If the field has no list, Cortena shows This custom field has no selectable list values and that filter cannot narrow the import.
You can filter on one custom field at a time.
4. Sync from transactions
By default Cortena discovers expenses that Rydoo has already exported.
Turn on Sync from transactions to discover expenses from card transactions instead. You must then select at least one status under Matched expense statuses. The hint is Select at least one status when syncing from transactions.
Typical statuses include Approved, Completed, Submitted, and Reimbursed. The full list is whatever Rydoo reports on the matched expense. Pick the stages your team actually wants in Cortena.
5. When a filter is unavailable
If the Rydoo API key cannot read a catalog, that filter shows a message and stays disabled. The others still work.
| Message | Meaning |
|---|---|
| This API key cannot access branches | No branch filter. Ask a Rydoo admin to extend the key, or leave branches unfiltered. |
| This API key cannot access groups | Same for groups. |
| This API key cannot access projects | Same for projects. |
| This API key cannot access custom fields | Custom field filter stays off. |
| This API key cannot access custom field list items | You can see the field, but not its values. |
