What is included in a trial and how to extend it.

Your Cortena trial gives you full access to the platform from day one: no limitations, no credit card required, and no automatic charge at the end.

## What's included

During your trial you have access to everything Cortena offers:

- Invoice intake via upload and dedicated email mailbox
- AI-powered extraction, matching, and field mapping
- Business rules configuration: chart of accounts, cost centres, VAT codes, vendor list
- Accounting integrations and one-click export
- Full explainability for every mapped decision
- Duplicate detection and invoice quality control
- White-glove onboarding support: we configure Cortena with you, not just for you

There are no artificial restrictions during the trial. You are using the real product.

## How long does it last?

Your trial duration is agreed during onboarding and confirmed in your welcome email. If you are unsure when your trial ends, reach out anytime: [support@cortena.ai](mailto:support@cortena.ai).

## What we do during your trial

You are not left to figure it out alone. As part of every trial, we:

- Help you configure your chart of accounts, cost centres, and VAT logic
- Set up your vendor list and business rules
- Connect and verify your accounting integration
- Test processing with real invoices before you go live
- Stay available to answer questions and validate your setup

This is included. There is no additional charge for onboarding support.

## What happens at the end

At the end of your trial, we will reach out to discuss your experience and next steps.

| --- | --- |
| **You continue** | Subscription starts. All your data and configuration carry over. Nothing is reset. |
| **You don't continue** | Your data is deleted in line with our [Data deletion](https://help.cortena.ai/compliance/data-deletion) procedure. |

A subscription only starts with your explicit agreement. There is no auto-charge.

## Can I extend my trial?

Yes. If you need more time to evaluate Cortena, reach out and we will discuss what makes sense for your situation.
